Rockhouse Barn

by Olga Alexandru

Nestled in the countryside between Bristol and Bath, this classic Shaker kitchen is perfectly at home in this stunning barn conversion. The painted oak cabinetry is teamed beautifully with the chunky original features of the barn, and the rustic nature of the surrounding furniture.

Built to perfectly fit the gradient of the staircase above, the under-stairs cabinetry is a real showcase of this design. The simplicity of the open shelving cabinet housing our clients’ collection of ceramics, together with the large double larder cabinet are reminiscent of a classic Victorian kitchen.

Our clients’ excellent taste in colours, materials and accessories has brought this kitchen to life. Perfectly complimenting its surroundings and completing the hub of this picturesque countryside home.
