What to expect from Design and Installation
From start to finish, our service has been perfected to ensure you have the best experience. You’ll start with a personal consultation, where you’ll meet your Designer. Together, you’ll make your dream kitchen into a reality. After that, our Installers will take care of fitting your cabinetry, appliances and all the little details that make it yours.
Read on to find out more about exactly what to expect from our design process.
Starting your design journey
After you’ve had your initial discussions with Sarah, she’ll pass you on to our Design team. Phil, Charlie and Matt are our experienced, passionate Designers and it’ll be one of them who you end up working with. You can learn more about them – just click on each of their names.
Depending on what works for you, they’ll either invite you to have a personalised guided tour of our Bristol showroom, or come to your home to check out the space as it stands.
From there, you can expect intricate, beautiful designs with 3D animations. We choose to go 3D as it helps you ‘walk through’ your new kitchen and think about what alterations and additions you’d like to make.

Welcoming the Installation team
The smiley gentlemen you see here – Gianluca, Wes and Dean – are some of our talented Installers. Once we’ve created your bespoke kitchen from the finest sustainable materials, our Installation team will fit it perfectly.
They work with you early on in the process to make sure your home is in great shape for installation.
The average installation takes 4 weeks, but every project is unique. To find out what you can expect from our installation process, take a look at this step-by-step guide.
Enjoying a bespoke aftercare package
We make absolutely sure your kitchen fits your lifestyle perfectly. That means personally applying the final coat of paint on site, and always having the door open for alterations in the future.
