LIGHT AND AIRY SHAKER KITCHEN IN LONDON

After moving into a newly-renovated property in London, our client was dismayed to find a poorly-planned kitchen coated in plastic. She came to us to rectify the situation and in doing so, ended up with a bespoke kitchen, made from sustainable materials and planned around her family’s needs.

The Brief

During our design consultation, it became clear that this family wanted something that stretched a little further than the classic Shaker style. Our design team came up with plenty of solutions, and we ultimately went for a mix: some Shaker cabinetry with a contemporary flat panel entertainment unit. She loved what she saw, so the brief expanded from the kitchen, and we ended up creating a utility room, entertainment unit and bespoke dresser, too.

By using a combination of colours and styles on the cabinetry, the area is subtly split into separate zones. Take a look through our gallery of photos to see how the brief manifested.
